Each heat melted is identified with a unique batch number. This heat number can be used to track the material as it makes its way through the various manufacturing operations. Complete traceability from melt to finish wire/ strip/ ribbon product allows for material verification as well as documentation of key process controls. Statistical analysis of chemical, mechanical, and physical parameters is also performed for each heat.
